To make a long story short. I have paid someone to install the chain kits all 4 in my motor. When I installed the motor back in the car it ran really rough and made a tone of noise (coming from the jack shaft tensioner) witch I found first hand when i took off the timing cover and turned the motor over by the key you could see the tensioner slaping against the chain.
Now i have noticed the slot on the back side of the cam shafts are differrent. One side is thicker side up and the other bank is thicker side down... should these be like this or should these be the same...? Im kinda confused about this. any light you can shed on this would help
thanks Don L
