I put a superlift 5.5" lift on my 92 and I know I need new camber/caster adjusters, but what degree range should I buy or should I just let the allignment shop decide what I need?

if its a good shop with a good machine they can throw it on the rack and the machine will tell them what degree to use and where to index it rotationally in its hole.

Agreed, a good shop will do just that.

Problem is, good shops seem to be somewhat of a rare breed when it comes to Ford Twin-Beam suspensions.

What I would do is get the fully-adjustable 2-piece caster/camber bushings (Ingalls #594, Moog #K8986, Specialty Products #24180 or Spicer #6122025) and go shop-hunting. 4WD shops (places that deal with modified suspensions on a regular basis) will be your most likely bets.
The 2-piece bushings should never need replacing if you ever change or modify anything on your truck, they can be dialed to whatever new degree amount is needed.
