camber kit

i just did my upper and lower baller joints and brought it to pep boys for a wheel alinment (good for 6 months $69). They told me i need a new camber kit to get the drivers side into specs , they said something like $180 for the kit and 4 them to install i told them there crazy. so i went to carquest to get the kit for $20 and he tried to give me 2 cam washers i think they where , should'nt it be the bolts and the cam washers?

some come with just the washers, other come with bolts.The ones with bolts can rotate more.
