Hello I am new to the forum and have an issue. On the hose below the oil cap there is a small Valve or filter looking device with a hose clamp on both sides of it. This is not an actual picture of mine, but that piece has snapped and the coolant is now coming out of the engine and blowing everywhere. Now my dome lights will not go out either (I assume it is because something got covered in antifreeze?). Can anybody tell me what it is or where I can get one please?

Not sure what picture exactly you are referring to. I'll presume it's the one with the two OE clamps on the passenger side? It's the heater valve. $20 at NAPA.
