Can I fit these on my stock rims

Can I put these on my stock 95 explorer xlt 4x4 with stock 15 inch rims.

Will fit the rim no problem, and should also fit in the wheel wells no problem too. That’s about a 28-29” tire.

Yes but why (unless you already have them)? If dealing with mud, you'd have a better result stepping up to at least 30", or 31" x 10.5 if your suspension isn't sagging so they fit... let alone doing a lift to fit larger.
