Can I fit

15x10's and 33x12.5x15 on my 97 ex. it is currently lifted about 3 inches

You're probably the first to run 15x10s. That's a pretty rare wheel size.

but you have 31x12.5, not 33x12.5 that OP has mentioned

and you have 31's...

Might need a bit more lift than SkyJumper has in the other post since ur going for 33's..and maybe some trimming he didn't need...check this post:

with that much lift, 33x12.5 will fit, with just a bit of trimming for clearance

i have 31x10.5's on my 99 with no lift,,
