This question has been asked before but I want to eliminate all doubt before I buy. I want to replace my 235/75/16 with 32"/11.5 and keep my stock rims. Is this gonna work? (this is after a 2 inch lift). Thanks for your help.

They will fit on your stock rims. They will probably rub a little, nothing a little trimming wont fix.

yes I dit it. only had to do very little trimming.

so 32x11.5 will work with TT and shackles on a stock rim?

Yes, with just a little trimming. Nothing major.

32's rubbed the rear, inner fenders. A 5/16" spacer cured that! Hovever, your '99 may have better clearance over my '93.

for fisrt gen. they will rub at full flex but with your 2end gen it'll be just fine! it fits perfectly in there. no rubbing.

i have 15 inch rims. in 15x8 or 15x7 what do the 8 and 7 signify?

how far off will my speedometer be with 32's?

i know with 31's im already off by +/- 5 miles.

what gears are you guys running with the 32s, i mthinking about 32's with my 5.0 and 3.73s, but wanna stay in my powerband

how do you guys re-gear? whats the difference between 4.10 and 3.73? what do those numbers stand for?

do i have to re-gear with 32's?

Krzyboy2o

If you have a 3.73 ration then you will probably be about 2 mph over your actual speed.

I passed by one of those police radars here on Base and it showed my spedo 2 mph higher with my 32's and 3.73 gears.

As far as regearing, I am going to. It is sluggish on acceleration. Plus with towing something it is even more noticeable. A lot depends on if you have an automatic or manual. also you have the 4.0 SOHC which is more powerfull. Unfortunatly, I only know from what I have experienced. Look on your rear axle and read the numbers on the tag bolted to your diff cover. It will tell you what your gears are.

Am I right on this everyone? Not so sure about hte newer Ex's!
