Can I mix a full synthetic atf with MERCON V?
I'm thinking about changing my transmission fluid and wanted to replace it with a full synthetic. I know there will still be fluid left in the tranny after I drain it, so is it ok to mix the two?

Check the label on the bottle of Syn ATF. Most of the ones that I have read (Mobil 1, AMSOil) will say that they are 100% compatible with non - syn ATF.
