Can I please see your front trac bar(panhard bar)mounts?

Yes street driven , and I am using heims anyway. :D
I drove a truck 2000 miles on the highway that used smaller ones. They seem easier to replace also.

I see no way to shorten the bolt with mis alignment shims. I could use standard shims, but this would stress the joint, increasing it's likely hood to fail. Those are 3/4" grade 8 bolts.

Here is mine. I have a 1" bolt on the drivers side, a 2" bolt on the pitman and a 3" bolt on the passenger side. the drag link and the tierod are above the knuckle mount. I've had no problems so far with my set-up. I did have to flip the pitman location because the bolt head was hitting the tierod when flexing.
I have the misalignment spacers on.

this is the misalignment spacer I used. Not real tall but works nice.

Ok my drag link ends are true 7/8" bore and rod, with high mis-alignmet shims reducing to 3/4". The remaining ends are 7/8" rod with 3/4" bore.

you cannot get a high misalignment bushing that does not decrease the bore diameter. Standard bushings would not give me the angles I needed, and, these are the only high mis bushings that will work with this end.

I dont see a problem - just check them every now and then, cary a spare bolt (and wrenches), and maybe even go as far as to replace them after every couple of runs (bolts are cheap).

OK, a little mixed up. What diameter bolts do you have passing through the heims on drag bar?
Zappers looks a whole lot stronger with those shorter washers.
And it is a prooven system with the pics I've seen of his trail rides.
I wonder if IZ knows this is street driven?
