Can I use 97 Vin X cylinder head on my 91?

the 91 heads are looking to be around $400-$500 rebuilt. The 97's arelooking to be about $125 for each side. What would you do?

NO! The chambers on the later heads are smaller and will raise your compression ratio a full point to 10:1, you don't wanna do that with a daily driver and especially one with alot of miles.

As they sell brand new castings, not rebuilds for around the same money.Ask for Chad, he was my main contact there when I had my 4.0 business.
