Can you add a heated steering wheel?

My current 2013 sport does not have a heated steering wheel but does have all the other options on the steering wheel. Does anyone know if the harness is pre wired in the steering column? As could I but a used steering wheel with heat and plug in play? Also if that is possible can the dealer turn on the controls for the heated steering wheel as it is controlled via the touch screen.
