I would remove that aftermarket immobilizer so fast!
Any strange wiring at the fuel pump or starter relay would go away and return to normal

Its not aftermarket as such. They were all fitted by Ford when the explorers arrived from the US. But only until pats was a thing.
The immobiliser was installed/ supplied by bosch. Fitted to ferrari and porsche etc

If you raise a job with ford Europe via Facebook they'll liaise with your local dealer and talk them through adding new fobs.
