I went wheeling on New Years morning and again today. Today I kept hearing my front drive shaft hit my Duff cross member- Got home, Yep I snapped the whole cross member in half. I guess the welder get broke out tomarro! I will try to take some picts. I traveled in 4 low for about 5 hours- guess that's what did it- what a piece- guess Ill bend some tubing for reinforcement. I also high centered, but that was a few days ago- could have done it I guess. A picture is worth more so I'll try

that sucks man. sorry to hear that. breaking the cross member is pretty hard isn't it? that is some thick metal

I am taking some pics! It was pretty easy to break! I was just trying to out wheel my brother's Cherokee! I did, but I broke. Duff is sending me a new one- I think I'll just make the old one beefy and see if someone wants to buy the new one.

Thanks dude, but I don't have any pics of the new one yet. working some quirks out tomarro, wheeling on monday. I might take some pics of the new one for yous guys. I went and looked at the rock I hit, Holy POOP! Glad it was dark or I would have cried! It must have barely missed my tranny, Time for a skid plate
