I'm new to this and getting there!

I have a question on a custom cat-back system that's going to be installed this weekend (if these answers don't change my mind :). I'm having the local red-neck shop put on a Ravin 55 series muffler with custom 2.5" piples from the converter back. I know I should hear some nice rumbles, feel a little kick (I have the tru-rev up front), and get a small boost in MPG, but what about torque? I do pull a trailer, and I don't want to loose (to me), that all important torque (especially when yanking that boat outta the water). If I install this setup, will I be ok? Will I actually increase my torque?

Thanks!

Ry.

The factory 5.0 exhaust is so restrictive that I noticed a torque and horsepower increase with my 2 1/2" Flowmaster dual exhaust. As long as you don't go any bigger than 2 1/2", you should be fine.
