Pull the bolts holding the armrest pad hinge out. Remove the bolts holding the plastic "tray" underneath the armrest hinge.
Remove the 2 bolts in front of the changer holding the other end of the plastic "tray"
Lift out, disconnect the harness from the front.
Changer is screwed to the plastic tray...
