Well here's the thing... I put in a new cd player awhile ago so I can't use my stock 6-disc cd changer anymore. I would like to know if anyone has any tips on how to get the whole changer out of my center console. I would just like it out because its dead weight and takes up space. Plus I know I am a dumba$$ :banghead: but i left some cd's in the changer and I was wondering if I'm gonna be able to get them out once i take the whole unit out? well thanks for any replies.

I took mine out a couple of years ago and it's quite simple. If I remember right, there are just a couple screws holding in the bracket that supports the changer, just unscrew those and it comes right out. As for your CDs, i have no idea.

easiest thing to do is just plug the factory radio back in for a sec to eject the cartridge. aside from that, take out the two screws at the armrest hinge, and the two screws behind the tissue holder (a few inches below the top of the console) then you just have one plug and 6 screw and it's out.
