I just put in new wires and spark plugs and now my truck sounds like its missing at idle but even worse when accelarating. It gets runs smoother at the 20mph and up mark. At stop lights my truck rumbles and shakes a bit (kinda cool). Also when its in park its idling around the 900 rpm range but when i shift it into reverse to back out of my garage it drops down to 500 rpm for a second then returns to normal. I scanned my truck for codes and I got codes:

136-lack of heated oxygen sensor switch during KOER indecates lean bank 2
335-Exhaust pressure tranducersensor voltage out of range during KOEO

I went down to NAPA to buy a new DPFE to correct the 335 code but they didn't have it in my year. I also check with Checkers but they had to special order it So instead i bought new plug and wires (autolite) and give my truck a minor tune up. Bad idea :banghead: one more headache. I have a 95 sport. Does anyone know if i bought a DPFE sensor off of a 96 would it be compatable with my truck? Also any ideas on how to correct code 136 or what to check for?

Code 136 appears to be a KOER code. A lean O2 sensor code could have been falsely triggered during the KOER test if the engine (and sensor) had not been previously warmed up. Unless you are certain it was adequately warmed up, run the KOER test again after running the engine adequately (manuals suggest running the engine at 2000 RPM for 2 minutes immediately prior to running the KOER test) and see if the 136 comes back.
Don't know about year to year compatibility of the pressure sensor. One note I will make: don't assume from the code that the sensor is bad. Trouble codes point to circuits, not sensors. There's a chance the fault lies in the wiring between the PCM and the pressure sensor.
