ABOUT A WEEK AGO I JUST BOUGHT A 93 EDDIE BOUER 4X4 EXPLORER. IT CAME WITH A CELL PHONE ANTENNA ON THE DRIVERSIDE REAR WINDOW. FROM THE INSIDE OF THE WINDOW, THERE IS A LITTLE BOX ATTACHED IN THE SAME SPOT AS THE ANTENNA. FROM THE BOX A CABLE COMES OUT AND THEN DISAPEARS SOMEWHERE IN THE HEAD LINER. I AM TRYING TO FIND OUT WHERE IT GOES TO AND IF IT IS STOCK. IF STOCK THEN WHERE ARE THE WIRES GOING AND WHAT DO THEY PLUG INTO AND WHERE.

Calm down.... no need to yell.

probably goes up front to a pillar, then down to a console.. check up front for any "connection" looks kindof like a Coaxial cable connect... if there isn't a phone... should be easy to remove.. Heat gun will probably remove the anttena. :)

It also could go under a seat up front as well... motorola

I just wan't to find out where it goes so i can possibly hook up my cell phone to it. But i just can't seem to find the other end of the wire anywhere. does that sound stock?

I would look under the seats or around the floor board under the seats, for the connection, I would bet that it is for a bag phone or mobile, not a cell.

In my knowledge that antenna is aftermarket. Ford don't offer that option in an X. (maybe the dealer)
Usually the end of the antenna cable is somewhere near the center console, where the cradde is more often attached to easy access to the cell phone.
Check under the carpet. I bet you that the previous owner remove the old cell phone craddle that comes with the antenna.
Is very difficult to hook up a cell phone that don't match with the antenna type. You will be very lucky if that antenna fits with your cell phone, specially because you need a cradle or a special connector to connect those things together.

However, good luck with the project ;)

Antenna will more than likely be of no use to you. Like others said, you need to buy a hardwired handsfree kit for your phone to hook up any type of external antenna. There are not too many phones currently out there that have a real "hands free" kit available. Also, I think all phones today use a dual band antenna, and if the truck is a 93, good chance the antenna is a single band for the old analog phones. If you do have a phone that offers a real hands free kit, you could possibly use the existing cable if it has a disconnect on the window mount simply hook up the new antenna.
