well, this is what i had to do in the junkyard to get mine. and it sucked...
I'd start off with removing the fenders, headlights, bumper, pretty much all the body from the doors up, so you're left with the dawg cage, and radiator support.
you can either use a drill bit meant for cutting through spot welds, or a normal bit. just make sure you have plenty of batteries, or a plug in drill. you have to drill in halfway to break the weld, and i used a crowbar/flathead screwdriver to completely break them. i didnt' take the radiator out, i just unscrewed it from the support, and propped it on the belts, lol.
putting it back in isn't to hard, but you definitely need a friend that knows how to weld.
