"Check Engine" Code Questions

Got a code today, P0351 which is an Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit malfunction. What does this mean ? the car runs fine but I am driving to laughlin NV from los angeles and would rather not have it break down on me in the middle of the desert. Any takers ?

Ignition Coil (A) Cyl.1 Prim./Sec. Circ Malfunction.

Means your coil pack that provides spark for the #1 cylinder is going bad.

It wouldn't die on you but it would run on 7 cylinders and eat about 40hp.
