check engine light came on shortlly after installing an open filter... couple weeks after i had noticed a wierd surging with the brakes applied while in park...found it was a split 90 degree angle hose coming from lower passenger side of throttle body... hose repaired.. check engine light still on... idle acts funny at times.... mostlly because of a cheaper grade gas i think... i've put a magnaflow cat back system on recentlly, idle is much smoother it does not smell lean anymore. when i had the codes ran on it, it returned a lean code... possibilties being low fuel pressue... i have a new fuel filter that i have yet to put on... anyone else have this problem with a 03 4.0????
