Hello from Indianapolis In I am an owner of my first Ford vehicle, 2000 Explorer, and have some questions about cold start up. In these cold mornings my Explorers choke not coming on, idles low or dies until the motor is warm. The Explorer has 213k miles on it and runs good one warmed. What cold be this issue?

Welcome to this forum! There is no carburetor so there's no choke. Did you replace the spark plugs & cables or the fuel filter? Check the coolant sensor with an Ohmmeter to see if it's out of specification. Clean the mass air flow sensor, and the throttle body.
