Hey guys, with this hot weather upon me, I think this is my X's last summer without some cooling system repair. I know the engine isn't getting damaged because I am ALWAYS keeping my coolant level full. Here's my problem. Today it got up to 104 degrees and even if I drove my Explorer for just a short 3 miles when I parked coolant would boil out of the engine into the burp tank, so much so the burp tank overflows onto the pavement. This is even with a proper mix of anti-freeze and water and without running my AC. All I know is that the tanks on my radiator do need to be re-crimped or a new radiator installed, but is there something else I"m overlooking here?
