Chugging when coming to an incline

I gave up and took the Explorer back to the dealer to have them look at it again. This time , I didn't get the "just use premium gas" answer from the rep and they reprogram the PCM in response to a TSB 17-0033 . Work order attached. I'm happy to report it's much more better now. Less chugging at slow speed
