Cleaning the inside of your housing

I had a bulb blowup in my 02 :exp: Now my lens is clouded over and the silver stuff is coated in dust. It really lowers the amount of light that comes out. Is there any way to clean it? That cover over the bulb is screwed in and I can't take it out cuz the housing is sealed.

I'll tell you what I'd try. Warm distilled water & dishwashing soap shaken around in the housing. You will have to remove the light from the veh. Rinse it out 3 or 4 times w/distilled water and again with a 50/50 mix of distilled water & isoprople alcahol. Use a hair dryer ,low heat, to blow dry.
Or, get a new one on ebay.....
