2017 Explorer Sport
We have a 2017 Explorer Sport. A few weeks ago, I replaced the stock brakes with Power Stop rotors and pads. They were broken in per the supplied directions and they have been great since. Just recently, there is a soft "click" that seems to come front them front left when you let off the brakes. It happens at a few mph until maybe about 20 MPH or so. It occurs about half a second after you release the brake pedal.

There is no grinding sound or anything else. It's a soft click, almost like the sound a relay makes. Any place where I should start looking?

Only thing that comes to mind is that maybe your brake pedal switch is sticking momentarily. If it is, a little dry silicone spray on the actuator might reveal this.

If it were an older vehicle, I'd wonder if your caliper sliders or pins were rusted and jamming up momentarily, but that seems only likely in the most salted of road conditions after a mere 5 years, not so much in Houston.
