So today I've replaced my lower control arms, bushings and ball joints, sway bar links and strut assemblies. There's still this clunk/clicking sound going on, especially when I turn the wheel to lock left or right. Could this be the sway bar bushings themselves causing this? Appreciate the help

One way to test sway bar components is to drive on an empty paved road around 20-30mph and jerk the steering wheel side to side. On my fusion I had what you are describing after I changed out my control arms. It turned out that when I put everything back together the sway bar bushings were not aligned quite right. I loosened the sway bar bracket and pushed it in the rest of the way and the sound went away.

Yes I do suspect it is the sway bar bushings themselves. I did replace the links, I got to get it back on the lift to confirm.
