Climate Control System issues

Hi there!

I just picked up a 2002 Explorer XLT 4.0L, and I've found that Only the front climate control system (Front vents and Defrost) blows hot air.
the row 2 and row 3 climate systems, even with the temp at full hot, blows Cool air. I've seen where certain reports say one side of the front climate system blows hot and the other cold, but I can't seem to find one where the front itself is fine and the 2 rear sets are cold. Any thoughts?

There is a rear actuator motor that can go bad just like the front. For the blend door. I've not had any experience with it, but I recall it being discussed.
Behind the drivers side rear most quarter panel is where it all sits.
