This job is now complete. Thanks to all that had the patience to help, especially fordkrazy and Exploder-1.

I didn't need a new crossmember once I dismantled everything, but all i got to say is *wow* to the ride after the install. She feels much more solid.

BTW: the passenger side radius arm bushing was so bad that when I had it it all apart the bushing crumbled in my hand.

Glad to hear you got it completed. I am considering doing mine, how long did it take you and what size bolts did you use on the crossmember? Do you need to press the bushings into place? Was the socket size required a 1-1/4" or 1-1/8"?
