Clutch Noise

I have a 92 4x4 w/ 5sp. and when i'm in neutral or driving in gear there is a loud chatering coming from the clutch area. But when I engage the clutch there is no sound. It still shifts great and the pedal feels fine. Please help!!!

not 100% sure, but it sounds like throwout bearing might be on its way out....
