Ok so i replaced the clutch in my 96 ranger after it went bad, replaced everything (minus the pressure plate, was still good) when we go to bleed the slave cylinder (were on our 3rd one) the pedal will start to build up but will go rock solid and doesent want to budge, or will go down so far and just go completely solid, we tried working with what play we had to see if it would go in gear, and after working the stiff pedal to the floor, we still cant get it to disengage, called many different places and nobody can give us an answer, what could be going on here? has anybody else had this problem with theirs?

Do you get fluid out of the bleeder when you try to bleed it? If not, I am guessing you do not have the line to the slave engaged properly and fluid is restricted.
