Cobra Intake Manifold

Is that like a tweeker deal?

Are the valve covers any taller than stock?

don't know what tweeker deal means, but the valve covers should be stock height. I looked at taller units but did not see any I liked. Saw these and fell in lust.

I am going to put new ends on these to fit the explorer.

This goes in between the upper and lower intake.

There are the rockers.

Where can I get a chip burned for my mods?

Are you installing springs and lifters with the rockers?

I was asking about the valve cover height because the torque monster headers would most likely interfere with a tall set.

Would like to see the custom wires when you're done.

Will do I'll send a whole picture of the engine bay... Heres a pic of my engine bay for my RSX S show car. So you can imagine what I am going to do with the explorer.

Am certain all will look killer, lets see some numbers,I:E,H.P and TQ improvments.
Show is good, go is better IMO

I like those valve covers,

Are those rockers made for short valve covers? Short valve covers take special rockers, like those that are stock on a 1995 Cobra.

About the PCM tuning, send a message to one of the two tuner sponsors we have here: Ask Wayne Foy or Doug Studdard what they would recommend.
Be sure to tell them what future changes you may make, it might save you money to get a flasher instead. Good luck,
Don W

They say these rockers are the one that came in the 1995 Cobra. I have been looking and they say I need the E303 cam.

I am also looking at this now.

Will this work with out the EGR they say that is does not need one for 94 and up Mustangs so I was thinking the Explorer would not use it either.

I went with all Ford Motorsport parts when I did mine. E-cam, 1.6RR, and valve springs. The install was a breeze because no shims were required and it was basically just bolt on. Worked out good cause it was my first time. Here is my write-up with part numbers if you're interested. http://www.section525.com/xpage/camshaft/index.html
