The temptation is far too much for me. I need to get some wheels/tires for my truck...

I am interested in either the 17in or 18in Cobra R wheels.

ExplorerExpress's package of 17" silver Cobra replica w/ Pirelli tires costs $1703.30

ExplorerExpress's package of 18" silver Cobra replica w/ Pirelli tires costs $1880.88

Can someone please help/direct me in the purchasing of wheels/tires? Like, besides ExplorerExpress, where else would I be able to get wheels/tires for an AWD?

Thanks guys,
Tony

yeah that site he gave is a good site, but i do believe those rims are replica cobra r's right?

WHEEL SIZE - ( 18" X 9" )
OFFSET - ( 24 mm )
BACKSPACING - ( 6" )
BOLT PATTERN - ( 5 lug on 4 1/2" )

Would that wheel fit on an AWD Explorer/Mountaineer?

Thanks!

No i don't believe they are replicas, but i could be wrong.

that site is the 2nd largest ford racing dealer on the net

i dont understand the deal with not wanting replicas. its not like the X came with cobra's of any kind anyway. guys, the replicas are made by the same manufacturer as the originals, Ford doesnt make Cobra's. all replicas are EXACTLY the same as FRPP's, same material, same weight rating, same EVERYTHING. if you want to pay extra for the Ford Motorsport box, then i guess go for it... and 99Mounty, yes, those should fit your X fine.

Would those same 18x9 Cobra R's fit my 2001 Ex Sport

Any spacers necessary with the 17X9 or 18X9.5?

The Gefracing are the real ones, not replicas. I bought some there and I think I paid like $135 a pop, which was cheaper than any replicas I found.

yes, they will fit a '01 sport, and no spacers are not neccessary. do a search for cobra+rub. you will find out that they rub, but it is minor, and can be fixed with several methods.
