Code help

So I took my explorer to have the codes read, the codes are P0301 and P0304. I know what they mean I just need help with what may cause this problem. Thank you in advance

Why don't you share what the codes mean for the rest of us that don't know or haven't seached to look it up..

those are both cylander mis fires cylander #1and #4 check plugs and wires and coil packs

 

[Runnin'OnEmpty]

Flametip, the number 1 and 4 cylinders fire consecutively, so you may have a crossfire condition between the two. Try cleaning and re-routing the two wires (if they run side-by-side anywhere, separate them). If this dosen't help, then I'd change the wires and plugs.....
