In case anyone has similar issues and thinks it is the same as my Cold Start issue then i suggest you take a look (like many have so far) in my project thread to as what i have done to fix the issue.
This is on a 1993 Ford Explorer 4x4 4.0L OHV motor and is very similar issue with the SOHC version of these 4.0L motors.
Now as for some people who have tried this fix are still getting issues, but no one here can tell if it was done correctly and cleanly.
Many things can cause rough idle and stalling and i started out with routine matainance, plugs, wires, fuel filter, cleaned MAF, IAC is clean and fairly new still.
Pictures included and a lot of information, plus speculation and trial and error has prevailed.
