Colorado Summer Run 2005 July 22-24

Matt,
Bring it anyway. There are trails (Mosquito Pass & Hagerman Pass - Leadville) that won't scratch your paint! :)

Dave.

The only dates thrown out (for sure) have been the 8-10, 15-17. 22-24, and 29-31.
I would prefer the earlier of them but would be willing to make the 22-24 if nothing else.

So LETS PICK ONE!!

I like the 22-24 dates. Any takers.?? can we make this official??

Dates

I'll throw my vote in for the 23-24 dates.

Any dates will work for me. I just want to go.

Sorry guys I haven't been watching the thread.... What month are we talking about again? Anyway I will probably be able to make it when ever because I live here in CO so I'll just keep on watchin'

Making it official

The weekend of the 22-24 is a go, I will also be available the weekend prior for anyone interested.

So which trails will we be hitting up? What levels are they going to be? I will only have 32's and 2" lift.

I have only 32's, but I will try anything-- I don't care how it looks!
22-24 looks good to me

SVO's first trip was in a stock 92 navajo (aka the Nasty Hoe). He did fine and has since morphed it to extremes. You'll do fine! ...and you'll have a blast doing it!!!

SVO and I are up for those dates (7/22-24). We are working on getting the truck and Hoe trip worthy (have to tow the Hoe).

You bring the HOE, I'll bring the *****, It'll be a party.

I can't say if those dates work for me or not yet as being in the Navy my schedule changes from day to day. However, I am planning to make this trip as of now and am looking forward to it.

I went EVERYWHERE on 32's and 2" of lift last year and the year before and WITH bald Mall Crawler tires, you guys will be ok! ;)

SVO, Hey anyone else around here in Austin Rural area want to meet up and take off together up to Colorado when it's time?

Next Step

So it looks like we have a weekend in mind. 22 JUL to 24 JUL (Fri to Sun)

Now there have been several places suggested but since I'm not from there... and I started this thread I would like to go to a place that isn't CRAZY off-road but will allow everyone coming to have a good time. Also, I would like to know who's planning on making that weekend, when and where to meet. I'm up for camping Friday night and wheeling Saturday unless people want to wheel on Friday.

Also if people are interested in the weekend before please PM me. I don't want to confuse people by planning two weekend in one thread. CO residents, even if you wont know until a moments notice, let me know and when we get closer I'll contact you (via phone or e-mail) at let you know where about I plan to be at.

Count me in!!!! :D

I am going to do my best to get there. Hardest part as I have said before is my schedule, always changing, never solid.

tenikiwon, should we pm you when were coming and how many people that way you get a list going and could up date the first post? Are we going to have a potluck? Also as Gerald has done in the past, he had us fill in info about our trucks so we knew what each vehicle could do and which run they should go on. Just a thought.
