I am going to get new tires very soon...but I want esentially bigger tires. The current ones are the standard P235/75 r15s. I know the tire has to fit the wheel. Are there other tire sizes that fit a 15 that are bigger than these? If not I almost want to put on 16 in wheels and then I would need a lift of some sort I guess right? Also I have been told that putting on a bigger wheel messes up the odometer and spedometer, but was also told that Ford may have a chip to fix this problem. Essentially my goal is bigger, but nothing crazy cause a 93 Navajo is good stock anyhow offroad.

W/O any lift, you can put the 30" on. If you want 31", you'd have to take it to the shop to have them test mount one for you and test it under full compression and full turn for any sign of rubbing. Although, it's hard to simulate full compression at full turn at a shop without making it dangerous.

Good to see another Navajo owner! Thier pretty rare on the forum. I myself am going to get a 4" Trail Master lift kit and was wondering, is this to high? And if it's not, what size tires can I put on to make it stable cornering. Will I have to replace the stock rim's?
