Confused by code reader

Hey guys, first post on here.

So i went out yesterday and bought a code reader from crappy tire,
I just started to drive the ex Yesterday(Been in the family since it was new)
The Check engine light has been on for a while aparently, and It runs fairly rich(based on the amount of gas fumes) and has been getting horrible gas mileage.

So i follow the instructions that came with my reader and they just sort of.... Left me clueless haha.
Can anyone help me out figuring out what codes its putting out?

Edit: Btw its a 95 limited, 4.0L 4x4

The first code, it looks to me like, is 1 1 3, which I am not sure for your vehicle what that is. It repeats itself twice and this the hard code of what is causing the engine light to come on. The other is 1 1 1 and that is showing you no codes in memory that are not active.

My code book says 1 1 3 is Intake Air temp sensor open circuit, you may want to search the forum or the internet for what the 1 1 3 code is.

Yeah my book says

"intake air charge temp above max voltage"

Maybe I'll hit the maf with some Maf cleaner and Clean the contacts in the morning and see if it goes away,
Does that make sense to anyone that that would make my engine run rich?
