I was reading through my most recent issue of Truck Trend magazine (www.trucktrend.com) and I read this headline...
EXPLORER PRODUCTION: FIVE MILLION AND COUNTING!
"The five-millionth Ford Explorer rolled off the assembly line on September 18, 2002. The first Explorer rolled off the line at the Louisville plant on Valentine's Day in 1990. In 2001, Explorer marked its 11th straight year as America's best-selling SUV with sales of 415,921 units."
Congratulations Ford!!
