Wanted Console

:expurchased a 1999 Ford Explorer. Previous owner removed the automatic shifter from the steering column and put in a floor shifter. He then installed an Eddie Bauer console. Missing is the top piece that set on top between the lid and front of dash. Need this piece in order to modify in order to fit around the floor shifter. Any suggestions?

No, the top piece in front of that. Maybe it has cup holders built in not sure. Anyway would have to cut anopening for shifter.

That looks like what I need, both pieces. The front piece, with the cavity, looks like plenty of room for the shifter. Is this an Eddie Bauer console?

An eddie may have had a trip computer where the front cubbyhole part is. they both fit the same though.

I was just helping you identify which part(s) you need. Ped5stang can probably get nice ones for you.
