I am at 95k miles and was thinking about a coolant flush. Noticed a lot of the coolants say "10 years, 300,000 miles". My MY2020 is just over 5 years old and the coolant in the reservoir is a very clean-looking yellow. Would you change it around 100k miles or closer to the 10 year mark?

I would do the 100,000 mile mark. Nothing wrong with keeping fluids like new.

Interestingly, the owners manual says the coolant change interval is 200k miles. Based on that, I think I'm going to wait.

After 10 years, you'd be wise to change the coolant, as its corrosion inhibiting degrades with time.

Or you could save up for expensive cooling system repairs.

Interesting, I was just at my local Ford dealer, my 2020 Platinum has about 38,000 miles on it and was in for "the works" oil change tire rotation, etc." The service advisor tried to tell me that I was due for a coolant flush and change, as well as a change of the break fluid. I showed him the info from the 2020 owner's manual which indicated coolant change flush at 200,000 miles. He stated "in our environment it's recommended every 2 years." I am not in the heat of Phoenix, I would consider the area where I normally drive to have 4 mild seasons. I did not have them flush and change the coolant or the break fluid. They wanted $189.00 to perform this service. The brake fluid change was an additional $219.00. I did not have them do either.

Good call on not having them perform the coolant and brake fluid change. That was most definitely an attempted scam. Both of those can easily wait for 100,000 miles or 10 years.
