Coolant Everywhere! (Pictures Inside)

How much you want to bet they put the old coolant back in it,or mostly water.I would suspect it didn't get flushed correctly and that the thermostat is hanging up,as in closed.:D

Thats Effed up if they did that! But I'll bet you a free graphic of your choice! haha Really! Imma flush it out in a few hours, ill let you guys know the results. also put more pictures

The pics look just like my 94 when the thermostat craped out 2hrs after purchasing the vehicle. My first thought also was the Head gasket but after calming down I realized it was the thermostat.

just flushed out the radiator 3 times, it looks like burnt up oil or something. after that i put some new coolant/antifreeze in there. let the car run for a little bit without driving and it started spitting out the radiator cap and kinda bubbled up in the coolant resivour. imma have some1 come over and check the thermostat tomorrow .(pictures coming tomorrow)

do u have some pics of your incedent?this might be weird to say, but hopefully it is the thermostat thats messed up. rather fix that then the head gasket.

you should of put a new stat before you put the new coolant in. also you should take the radiator out and flush it with a water hose.

yea but i was hoping it would of just been all that junky water that was in the radiator rather then the thermostat.

Sorry I'm so late with an update. So I had 2 mechanics to help me fix this. First mechanic did absolutely nothing but kill my battery and keep my truck in his yard for a month (Spent $8oo) just to find out that his shop closed down due to lack of payments on his rent. Anyways this guy was suppose to fix the head gaskets because that's what the problem was. I called him every other day and his excuse is hes working on it. I drove by his shop every now and then to find that my truck is in the same spot and the shop is closed every time I arrive. Anyways, screw him. I went to a friend of mine and instead of fixing up the head gaskets I decided to do rebuild the engine. But he had something different to offer me. (Another explorer engine). Kool! We got it up and running again a few days later and hasn't had any problems since! Passed smog with flying colors (after changing the cats, some sensors, and the filter.)
