coolant/H20 ratio

i have two questions what is the capacity of the coolant on a 96 2wd 4.0 w/ air? and what is the ratio of coolant to water. i have had a bad mileage problem for some time now and fond out this may be my problem.

Manual says 8.6 qts. 50/50 is the mix ratio.

thanks that helps. i have the right ratio it must be the thermostat, i'm changing it tonght i hope it solves my problems thanks again
