Coolant Leak

After change fuel filter and rear brakes i noticed a large puddle of antifreeze fluid(just filled it yesterday)..

The leak is coming from that black thing.. what is that?

should be 5min tops.
Two clamps, one vacuume line. Might be a dealer only but i'd check around first.
