so i was driving to work this morning in my 92 explorer and drove my same route on the highway but today i did 75 for about a mile ore two rather than 65. when i got a block away from work and i started smelling coolant. and seen on the road behind me a puddle that was about gallon at the stop lights. when i got to work my radiator cap was loose to the point that it was practially off. i didnt need to turn it to take it off. about two weeks ago i just put a new motor in, new water pump, new heater core. the only things not replaced was raditator and cap. and thermostat. any idea on what caused this happening? was would you recommend checking or changing?
