Hi guys as you know I stuffed 235-75-15 under my aerostar with no rubbing issues. But I'm running empty. My rear fenderwells lips don't touch I have a finger thickness of clearance. My fronts are just there, they clear lock to lock but if my in a turn and hit a pot hole they might rub. I didn't install my lift kit yet. So I'm thinking of cutting my fender opening up an inch for breathing room or install the lift kit. I just bought a new 3" cut off air saw. I was going to by nibbles but bought the cut off grinder. What about fire. I can cut every fender lip but the drivers rear. The gas tank is in front of the wheel well. Sparks and vent fumes do you think I should worrie. I'll be doing it in the driveway with a fire exstingure but fumes scare be. The say if you hear the bang it to late. And with a plastic tank do you think a movers quilt would be enuff to cover the wheel well area for sparks.
