crank no start on a rebuilt engine

i have a 4.0 blew the head gasket. took it out had the heads reconitioned. put new guides, new chains and sperockets,new oil pump putg it back together and it wont start havespatrk and fuel but 40 on compression HELP

Your compression is around 40 on all 6 cylinders?

i have 60 in number 1 and 4 the others are barely showing anything

i also put oil in each spark plug hole and retested with the same resolts. what could it possible be. the block seemed tight no apperant losness in the fly wheel or on anty of the interier of the block.i followed the way to time it.the only thing i can think of is that im 180 off on the timing would that cause this

Not 180 off, more like a tooth or two off on the sprocket. Verify timing marks against tdc on the crank.

Yes timing is off but not 180 out as Josh said
If you were simply 180 out on the timing chains you would still have compression

Lack of compression on a fresh build would likely be the intake and exhaust valves not fully closing…. Ever which means the cams are not timed to the crank
