crankshaft position sensor

Hello, new question. is there a test a person can do to check the crankshaft position sensor or do you just replace it?

I don't know much about EEC-V/OBD-2, but I think one of the first things I would do if I suspected a bad CKP sensor would be to pull codes from the computer to see if the computer can see the problem. As for testing the CKP itself:

I haven't had to do it, so I don't know how definitive the test is.
