Creaking in rear end

I dont know alot about the 14 x's but does it have leafs or coils? Does it have the anti sway 50/50 shock in front of the rear axle there? Spare come loose swinging around making noise? Sway bar links in good shape? Have you tried jacking it and spraying see if the sound is still there? Other than checking all that stuff out and looking for clips ect that may broken or a rock or something stuck in some place I dont have any other thing to look for exactly other than spraying each item until the sound stops. Had to do it on mine twice. Once for a simple broken retaining clip second for leaf springs. After wheeling in my b3000 i had stick that wouldnt make noise until going down the road. Wish i had more for ya!
