is there a way to align the bumpers back to the way that they were?

i got rear ended!! luckly the toyo behind me hit my tow bar =) and just shifted my buper (the left side went in about 3 inches and the right side shifted out about 3 in.) is there any way i can detach the bumper and bend the bent bar? or like put a crow bar in between the bumper (where it went in 3 in.) and bent it out?!? same thing also happened to my front bumper. i hit something a whilie back and its bent downwards..

You need new brackets for the rear bumper. There are L shaped brackets for the rear bumper that attach the bumper to the frame.

lol yeah that definately is
I tried using a chain (and a tree) to pull my front bumper back into place, kinda worked.... 10lb sledge worked better.

yep it worked. lol. thanks for the advice. the left side of the bumper is just like 1cm closer to the car. its almost prefectly aligned.
